Shipping Policy

All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC, Canada by Canada Post. Insurance is included on all orders.

The shipping and handling fees are automatically calculated based on the weight of your purchase, the shipping destination and the type of service you requested.

Orders are shipped with 48 hours and on business days only, excluding Canadian public holidays.

International customers are responsible for all import duties levied by their respective country, including customers from the United States of America.

Return Policy

Shoo-foo products are returnable within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Any damages must be reported within 14 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned goods.

Returns for products purchased from a retailer other than shoo-foo.com

If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
